Job summary

Plaza Tire Service in Missouri is seeking a Lube and Tire Technician to perform oil changes, tire work, alignments and basic services. You will also transport customers, pick up parts, and keep the shop clean while upholding safety standards.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, being 18 years or older, and availability for five days including Saturdays. Competitive pay with excellent benefits and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work five days each week, including Saturdays.
• General understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their residence or business using company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, tires and supplies from vendors or office using company vehicle.
• Operates company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner, obeying traffic laws.
• Conducts State Safety and Emission Inspections following guidelines.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance and tire rotation.
• Performs oil changes and basic services as directed by Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
• Documents vehicle condition using Multi-point Inspection/Repair Order.
• Maintains shop cleanliness in service area, tires, showroom and exterior.
• Follows safety procedures and reports concerns to supervisor.
