Job summary

Plaza Tire Service in Conway, AR is seeking a Lube and Tire Technician to perform oil changes, tire mounting, balancing, and related services at our new Conway location. You may drive a company vehicle for parts pickup and customer transport while keeping the shop clean and safe.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and being at least 18 years old, with availability to work five days including Saturdays. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work five days, including Saturdays.
• General understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their residence or business using the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, tires, and supplies from vendors or the office using the company vehicle.
• Operates the company vehicle safely and courteously per laws.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, balance and rotation.
• Assists with oil changes and basic services as directed by supervision.
• Maintains shop cleanliness and documents vehicle condition per procedures.
