Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Lube and Tire Technician for a Little Rock area location. You will perform oil changes, tire mounting, alignments, and other basic services. You may also drive customers, pick up parts, and help maintain shop cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
• General understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their residence or business using the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, supplies, tires, etc. from vendors or the corporate office.
• Operates company vehicle safely and obeys traffic laws.
• Conducts State Safety and Emission Inspections as required.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing and tire rotation.
• Performs oil changes and other basic services under supervision.
• Notes any repairs or safety concerns and documents them in the repair order.
• Keeps the shop, tires, showroom, and exterior clean and organized.
• Follows all safety procedures and reports concerns to supervisors.
