Plaza Tire Service in the Little Rock area is seeking a Lube and Tire Technician to perform oil changes, tire mounting, balancing, and related services. The role includes transporting customers, picking up parts, and maintaining shop cleanliness while upholding safety standards.

The position offers $16-$19 per hour depending on experience, with benefits such as tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and

Formación

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
• General understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport customers to and from their residence or business using the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, supplies, tires, etc. from vendors using the company vehicle.
• Operates company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner following traffic laws.
• Conducts State Safety and Emission Inspections per guidelines.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance and tire rotation.
• Performs oil changes and other basic services under supervision.
• Document vehicle condition using the Multi-point Inspection/Repair Order.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop, showroom and surrounding areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and report concerns.
