Job summary

John Jones Auto Group is seeking an experienced Quick Lube & Tire Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Service Center in Indiana. You will lead the Quick Lane team, drive service and tire sales, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and friendly service.

You will manage workflows, monitor performance, and collaborate with dealership leadership to support profitability while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service or tire management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-development skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and tires.
• Experience with department performance, productivity and profitability.
• Comfortable with dealership computer systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
