Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Service department.
• Lead, coach, schedule, and develop service advisors and technicians.
• Ensure customers receive professional, timely, and friendly service.
• Oversee vehicle workflow to maximize productivity and minimize wait times.
• Monitor repair orders and ensure services are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Promote tire sales and maintenance services per customer needs.
• Provide accurate service recommendations and estimates.
• Monitor department sales, labor productivity, expenses, and profitability.
• Establish and track department goals and performance expectations.
• Maintain tire and service inventory levels.
• Handle customer questions or concerns with timely resolutions.
• Ensure technicians follow safety procedures and dealership policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional facility.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and repeat business.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure repair orders are completed properly.
• Collaborate with dealership leadership to support overall goals.
