Yoder Chevrolet is seeking an enthusiastic Lube Technician to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance on various makes and models. You will inspect vehicles for safety, document all service work, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while collaborating with a skilled team.

The role emphasizes ongoing training, reliable schedule adherence, and a positive, growth-oriented environment rooted in faith and community values.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required. ASE certification a plus.
• 1 year of automotive technician or lube tech experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, fluid services, maintenance, and related tasks.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and performance issues and identify maintenance needs.
• Replace filters, wipers, brakes, belts, and other components as needed.
• Accurately record all work in the service system and keep workspace organized.
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a team-first culture.

What You’ll Do

As a Lube Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You’ll perform essential maintenance and repairs on all makes and models with speed, precision, and professionalism.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Performing oil changes, tire rotations, alignments,fluid services, maintenance service and alignments.

• Inspecting vehicles for safety and performance issues and identify maintenance needs.

• Replacing filters, wipers, brakes, belts, and other components as needed

• Accurately recording all work performed in our service system

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

• Participating in ongoing technical and professional training

And most importantly—helping foster the positive, team-first culture that makes Yoder Chevrolet special.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or ASE certification a plus)

• At least 1 year of automotive technician or lube tech experience required.

• A positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to learn and grow

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
