Job summary

Weld County Garage, part of the Yoder Family of Companies, is hiring a Lube Technician in Greeley, CO. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs with speed, precision, and professionalism while upholding the faith-rooted, community-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or ASE certification a plus.
• At least 1 year of automotive technician or lube tech experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, alignments and fluid services.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and performance issues and record work in the service system.
• Replace filters, wipers, brakes, belts and other components as needed; maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional training.

Education

What You’ll Do

As a Lube Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You’ll perform essential maintenance and repairs on all makes and models with speed, precision, and professionalism.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Performing oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and fluid services
• Inspecting vehicles for safety and performance issues
• Replacing filters, wipers, brakes, belts, and other components as needed
• Accurately recording all work performed in our service system
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Participating in ongoing technical and professional training

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or ASE certification a plus)
