Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle service and repairs as assigned, following safety requirements and procedures.
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels, replenish as needed, check tire pressure, and add air if necessary.
• Use special tools and equipment provided by the service department properly.
• Participate in technical training and manufacturer-sponsored programs.
• Complete work efficiently and accurately according to dealership and factory standards.

• Use shop supplies economically and document all work performed.
• Communicate effectively with dealership personnel to meet customer needs.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA requirements.
• Follow company policies, report illegal activities, and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Adhere to substance and safety policies, including prohibition of impairment during work hours.
