Job summary

Huber Engineered Woods is seeking a Lube Technician to lubricate plant machinery, manage oil storage, and perform oil changes. You will work with suppliers and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operation and support contamination control across the facility.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in manufacturing, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work overtime. Proficiency with MS Office and TabWare CMMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work with others as a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TabWare CMMS preferred.
• Ability to climb and work in high or confined space.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Have knowledge of industrial tools and their uses.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lubricate machines and manage the oil storage building.
• Perform oil changes and support lubricant upgrades.
• Work with lubricant suppliers and consultants to keep machines running smoothly.
• Maintain contamination control by keeping breathers and filters in good condition.
• Troubleshoot lubrication-related machine issues with mechanics.
• Maintain lubrication programs, measure with tools, and log results.
