Job summary

Grease Monkey Greenville is seeking a diligent lube technician to service vehicles during full-service oil changes, inspect the undercarriage, and ensure proper lubrication and fittings. You will document conditions, replace filters, and assist with leaks and safety checks.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient workflow within a center team. The position requires basic customer service, reliable vehicle operation, and the ability to use hand tools.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are required and basic literacy is expected.
• Ability to operate motor vehicles and use hand tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in vehicle inspection.
• Minimum 3 months of experience or supervised training as a lube technician.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and keep the area clean, maintain bay safety.
• Inspect vehicle undercarriage and document conditions.
• Drain and replace oil filters, inspect gaskets and plugs.
• Check and fill gear boxes; perform additional services as needed.
• Assist with pressure and leak checks and final safety checks.
• Perform routine maintenance and center clean-up as required.
