Job summary

Grease Monkey #41 is seeking a lube technician to service and inspect vehicle undercarriages during full-service oil changes. You will ensure proper installation of gaskets, drain plugs, and oil filters, and perform gear box checks and lubrication as needed.

Responsibilities include assisting with additional services and maintaining safety and quality standards while working with a team in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and basic literacy required.
• Verbal communication skills are needed for team and customer interactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to operate motor vehicles.
• Must be able to use basic mechanical hand tools and shop equipment.
• Minimum 3 months of experience or supervised training as a lube technician.

Responsibilities

• Safely service and inspect the undercarriage during full service oil changes.
• Ensure correct installation of gaskets, drain plugs, and oil filters.
• Check and fill gear boxes and lubricants as needed.
• Perform additional services (fuel filters, transmissions) when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.
• Assist with final safety and quality checks.
