Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; automotive trade school training preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Check all fluids and maintenance-related parts and top-off or replace as needed.
• Perform routine service inspections and standard maintenance jobs.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Follow shop policies, safety rules, and environmental guidelines.
• Support shop operations, including inventory stocking and general duties.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; perform other duties as assigned.
