Job summary

Legacy Chevrolet GMC Waxahachie is seeking a Lube Technician to service vehicles per established standards, including tire rotation, inspections, and fluid changes. The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and safety in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Entry level position.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive servicing or repair highly desired.
• Unrestricted Texas driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform lube oil and filter changes in a timely manner.
• Check all fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops off or replaces fluids or filters as needed.
• Complete routine service inspections or tests and standard maintenance jobs.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repairs.
• Ensure required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards.
• Follow shop policies, safety, and environmental rules.
• Assist with inventory stocking and general shop duties.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Complete diagnostics and automotive troubleshooting.
