The Lube Technician is an entry-level position responsible for acquiring skills to perform vehicle services safely and properly, contributing to the team’s success. Training will be provided in the company's methods for job acceleration and career growth, while maintaining excellent service and technical skills.

We seek entry-level to skilled Lube Technicians eager to learn and grow with us.

Candidates should be able to do the following:

• General Vehicle Maintenance, including:
• Replacing filters, light bulbs, and windshield wipers.
• Checking and adjusting fluid levels.
• Testing and replacing batteries.
• Washing windshields and adjusting tire pressure.
• Performing safety checks and inspecting for leaks.
• Follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain punctuality and accurate records.
• Perform basic shop maintenance and cleaning.
• Use computers and register systems effectively.

Uniform shirts, jackets, and belts are provided. Support a respectful workplace environment and perform duties without vehicle damage.

Additional duties include:

• Center maintenance and cleaning.
• Completing required training and attending meetings.
• Performing other assigned duties.

Qualifications include:

• Driver’s License.
• Good communication skills and basic math ability.
• Ability to safely use mechanical tools.
• Self-accountability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Physical demands include standing, bending, walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working in loud and outdoor environments with varying schedules.
