Career Path

1. Trainee Lube Technician
   • Mission: Develop and master technical skills to achieve Flat Rate Lube Technician status.
   • Timeline: 90 days, with the possibility of graduating to a Flat Rate Lube Technician before 90 days.
   • Compensation: $15/hour, with weekly earnings varying based on hours worked.
2. Flat Rate Lube Technician
   • Mission: Achieve 100% Fixed Right First Time (FRFT) and develop maintenance skillset.

   • Compensation: Starting at $16/flat rate hour, with weekly earnings increasing with hours worked.
3. Apprentice Technician
