What We Need From You:

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR
• Previous automotive or shop experience
• Basic tools for oil changes and wheel removal
• Ability to use computerized inspection and documentation equipment
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Ability to operate a manual transmission
• Positive attitude and detail-oriented mindset
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance tasks according to Scott’s standards and vehicle specifications
• Inspect vehicles using provided equipment and document findings with photographs
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's reputation
• Assist in keeping the shop clean and organized
• Support front-end staff with customer and vehicle care, including check-in and loaner vehicle preparation
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely and safe vehicle repairs
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Director
• Help maintain shop tools and equipment
• Contribute to overall shop productivity and efficiency
