Ski/Bike Shop Sales Associates & Service Mechanics and Technicians - Full-time or Part-time - Limited housing available - Health Insurance/Ski Pass - Now Hiring Staff for both locations - Edwards and Vail, CO - Some Experience Preferred/Bike & Ski/Board Passion Required! We are looking for friendly, bike-passionate, and customer experience-oriented Sales Associates and Service Techs to join our team.

Full-time and Part-time positions are available. Bike/Ski shop experience is preferred. Pay Range $20/hour+, depending on experience Year-round employment opportunities available for the right candidate Health insurance benefit eligibility (Full-Time Employees Only) Vail Resorts Merchant ski pass (Full-Time Employees Only), parking at Beaver Creek Village for split shift skiing/boarding Great mountain and road biking from the shops. Training and development, great discounts and employee purchase eligibility on products sold at Kind Bikes and Skis.

Hours vary by season. Overtime may be available or required based on workload. Kind Bikes and Skis, since 1992, is a full-service, year-round, bike shop that adds ski sales, rental, and tuning during the winter months. Our Edwards store is in the vibrant Riverwalk living and shopping village in Edwards, CO, just a couple miles from Beaver Creek and about 12 miles from Vail ski resort, with great road and mountain biking trails right out the door of the store. Our new Vail location is co-located with Yeti's Grind Coffee in West Vail, CO with great access to trails and skiing.

We are a family of cyclists, with different cycling backgrounds and interests, and we love to share our passion through providing an unsurpassed experience for our customers. Kind Bikes and Ski's top priority is making riders, and continually improving the customer's riding experience. Help our riders/ find the right gear for their riding and snow-sliding journey.

We will train you on the products specific to our shop, so you have the tools to help our customers make informed and confident choices when shopping in our store. Our job is to send them with an unexpected, great experience that they will remember, from someone buying a new bike to someone buying chain lube. Must have staff attributes such as a passion for cycling and the customer experience, continually growing product knowledge, and a friendly, engaging personality.
