Job summary

Kia of North Tucson is seeking Lube Technicians to join our service team. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, competitive pay, and a fast-track path to becoming a Main Line Technician.

You will perform vehicle repairs per repair orders and manufacturer specs, road-test vehicles, keep tools organized, and maintain a clean work area. A valid driver's license and driving record meeting state requirements are required.

Qualifications

• Entry level position with some automotive experience.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication.
• Able to follow safety requirements and repair procedures.
• ASE certifications encouraged but not required.
• Valid driver’s license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs efficiently and accurately per repair orders and manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and complete repairs following safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles and document results, test procedures, and labor times.
• Maintain and return dealership tools and equipment after use.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and complete daily stall cleanings.
