Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Lube Technician at our Troy, MI location. Join a fast-paced service team and perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic diagnostics while delivering reliable customer service. Experience in automotive repair is valued, with opportunities for ASE certification support.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of automotive repair experience.
• Recent technical school graduates.
• Ability to independently perform oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and basic diagnostics.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
• Assist in other duties as assigned within Service Department.

What You'll Bring

• 1-2 years of automotive repair experience
