Job summary

Newton Motor Group is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other light maintenance tasks in a customer-focused environment. This role offers hands-on training and a path to grow within our Tennessee auto group.

Requires a current driver’s license and willingness to work with a team dedicated to safety and quality. We value a friendly, family-oriented workplace with ongoing manufacturer training and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred.
• Prior experience as a lube technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs multi-point inspections (digital/video).
• Recommends services based on inspection findings.
• Inspects fluid levels and tire condition.
• Checks tires and tire air pressure; replaces tires as needed.
• Performs wheel alignment.
• Executes fluid flushes; replaces oil and air filters.
