Job summary

Pride Chevrolet in Lynn, MA is hiring Express / Lube Technicians for our dealership. If you have experience with oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance, this is your entry into a dealership career with an in-house Apprenticeship Program.

You’ll earn $18 per hour and up, with a path to certified technician status and a share of MPI-sold work, plus extensive benefits and training from day one.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance.
• Perform, document, and video all multipoint inspection findings on the repair order.
• Check tire pressure and inspect basic wear items.
• Communicate clearly with advisors and fellow technicians.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and secure all tools and customer vehicles.
• Complete all required OEM and in-house training on schedule.
• Maintain high CSI and provide an exceptional customer experience on every vehicle.
• Show up dependable, friendly, and ready to learn every day.

Pride Motor Group is hiring Express / Lube Technicians for our Chevrolet store in Lynn, with an immediate need on our Chevrolet team. If you've got some applicable experience with oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance, and you're looking for a real foothold into a dealership career instead of a dead-end quick-lube job, this is it.

This isn't a stepping stone to nowhere. It's the first rung of our in-house Apprenticeship Program, and we actively look to promote express technicians up into full repair roles as you build skill and put in the work.

Pay & Growth

• $18 per hour and up, based on experience
• Once certified, you'll also earn a generous commission on MPI-sold work, pooled and split among the lube tech team

Shift

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (rotating)
• On weeks that include a Saturday shift, you get one weekday off, set when your schedule is made
• Sunday: closed
