Job summary

Missouri Organic Recycling is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to perform routine lubrication, maintenance, and minor repairs on heavy machinery such as excavators, wheel loaders, and skid-steers. You will ensure optimal performance, safety, and longevity of equipment through oil changes and filter replacements.

The role requires mechanical inclination, basic knowledge of diesel trucks and heavy equipment, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacements on various vehicles and equipment such as diesel trucks, wheel loaders, and skid-steers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to determine appropriate solutions.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and prevent future issues.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications we Consider:

• Mechanical inclination with a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Diesel Trucks, Wheel Loaders, and Skid-Steers.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
