Job summary

Napleton Hyundai of Carmel is seeking a Lube Technician to perform routine vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards, building trust with customers through reliable service.

The role offers top wages up to $55,000 per year, flexible shifts, paid training, and benefits. Prior lube/express experience is a plus, with opportunities for certifications and advancement within a family-owned group.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive technical training a +.
• Lube/Express tech experience a plus.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to other teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable.
