Job summary

Kia of Carmel seeks a Lube Technician to perform routine vehicle maintenance and oil changes per dealer and factory standards, helping build customer trust in Napleton's service center.

The position offers top wages around $55,000 per year, paid training and manufacturer certifications, medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401k, paid vacation and sick time, and flexible shifts with weekend options. High School diploma and a valid Indiana driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive training or experience a plus.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to other teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable.
