Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a qualified Lube Technician to maintain vehicles to dealer and factory standards. This position offers top wages and opportunities to grow within a large, family-owned group.

You will perform routine oil changes, inspect fluids and tires, and support the service team with efficient, safe maintenance. Training and certifications are provided, with benefits including health, 401k, and vacation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Automotive technical training or experience a plus.
• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to other teammates
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspection
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable
