Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Lube Technician at Napleton KIA of Carmel. You will perform basic vehicle maintenance to factory standards and help build customer trust by delivering reliable service.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and willingness to undergo a background check. We offer comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a large family-owned group.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive technical training or experience is a plus.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as required by law.
• 18 years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable.
