Job summary

Lexus of Sacramento, part of Lithia Motors, is seeking a Lube Technician to join our service team. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and multipoint inspections, supporting a high-volume dealership operation with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior lube technician experience in a dealership setting.
• Familiarity with routine vehicle maintenance and inspection processes.
• Comfort working in a high-volume service department.
• Comfort working with customers and team members.
• Team-oriented mindset to daily responsibilities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Interest in growing a career in automotive service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay for this position is $22.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
