Honda of Clear Lake is seeking motivated Lube Technicians to join our fast-paced Service team. This entry-level role offers a clear path to grow into higher technician positions within a well-organized shop.

You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks and basic maintenance, conduct multi-point inspections, and document services clearly while learning from seasoned technicians in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level automotive or quick-lube experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn in a dealership environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance services.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Document services performed clearly and correctly.
• Communicate maintenance recommendations to Service Advisors.
• Support Technicians and Shop Foreman as needed.
