You will greet customers, document findings, and assist technicians in a fast-paced shop. Growth into technician, service advisor, or management roles is available.

The position offers a stable day shift with no Sundays, training, and a team-focused environment that values quality work and customer care.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive or lube technician experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual and eager to learn.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations and basic maintenance.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer hospitality throughout visits.
• Inspect belts, hoses, tires, brakes and safety-related components.
• Communicate vehicle concerns to the service advisor.
• Assist technicians and service advisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Follow all company procedures and safety standards.
• Help keep vehicles moving through the shop efficiently.
