Job summary

Bayway Auto Group in Houston, TX is seeking a Lube Technician to join our brand-new dealership team. This full-time, in-person role offers competitive pay, benefits, and a positive work environment in a remodeled air-conditioned service area.

You will perform oil changes, fluid replacements, inspections, and routine maintenance while upholding safety standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills to maintain CRM
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Able to work individually as well as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections to assess vehicle condition.
• Communicate additional service or repair needs to service advisors for follow-up.
• Perform oil changes, fluid replacements, and lubrication of joints and steering components.
• Check and maintain fluid levels in steering gears, power steering reservoirs, transmissions, and differentials.
• Monitor and adjust tire pressure to manufacturer specifications.
