Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Texas is hiring for full-time crew members and lube technicians. No experience is required, and you will be trained to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades and air filters, check tire pressure, and other light maintenance tasks.

You can earn up to $15 per hour with base pay and commissions, plus SAME DAY PAY through myFlexPay. Our benefits include paid time off and health, vision, and dental insurance, and many coworkers move up quickly into lead roles.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided to become a lube technician
• Ability to learn oil changes, filter replacements, tire care, and light maintenance
• Customer service mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced shop

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor; keep workspace clean
• Provide excellent customer service
