Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members in Texas. No experience is required; we provide paid training to learn lubrication techniques and basic maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire air fills.

You will help maintain a clean shop, assist customers, and support a growing team in a fast-paced environment. Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions and enjoy benefits like flexible full-time schedules, weekly bonuses, and Same Day Pay through myFlexPay.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to learn quick, follow instructions, and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change the oil filter.
• Replace wiper blades and air filters, and fill air in tires.
• Perform light maintenance and coolant exchanges as trained.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor, keep the shop clean.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Support team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
