Rabies, a Valvoline Express Care™ operator, is hiring a Lube Center Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional vehicle maintenance and guest service in Arlington, TX.

You will oversee opening/closing, supervise a team, coach for top performance, stay knowledgeable on products and policies, and ensure a clean, safe workplace while providing friendly, professional recommendations to guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months supervisory experience, or related training preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling, facility and safety control policies and practices.
• Friendly, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay physically active.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Lead and coach team members to top performance.
• Know products, services, policies and customer service processes.
• Perform light automotive maintenance such as oil changes and fluid checks.
• Provide friendly greetings, service reviews and professional recommendations.
