Job summary

Sams Automotive LLC, a Valvoline Express Care operator, is hiring a Lube Center Manager. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, hands-on maintenance tasks, cash handling, and coaching staff to deliver high-quality service while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months supervisory experience, or related experience/training preferred.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line automotive maintenance tasks as needed (oil, fluids, filters, lights, wipers).

Our managers act as trusted automotive maintenance experts, customer service leaders and team developers, to ensure customers’ safety, satisfaction, and retention.
