Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, the Enterprise brand, is hiring Automotive Technicians for service centers in central Phoenix, AZ 85034. You will perform car service, maintenance, repairs and vehicle reconditioning to our quality standards, with a focus on customer needs and safety.

Two ASE certifications required with competitive pay at $28.00 per hour plus eligible premiums. We offer benefits including PTO, health, dental and vision insurance, retirement plan and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two years of mechanical experience in automotive repair shop.
• Four current and valid ASE certifications (A1, A2, A4-A9, L1, L3, L4) or OEM training/certification.
• Understanding of GM, Ford, Toyota, and Chrysler warranty procedures is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record within the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure repairs and preventive maintenance are completed per manufacturer specs.
• Complete required manufacturer training and perform warranty/recall repairs.
• Complete ADA installs as required after training.
• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs.
• Follow part and inventory tracking procedures.
• Utilize manufacturers’ websites, software and diagnostic tools.
• May process new fleet, LOFR, tires, fuel reclamation or buy-backs.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with safety standards.
• Perform manual labor as needed and withstand 50 lb lifting.

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Technician at our service centers located in central Phoenix, AZ 85034.

The Automotive Technician performs car service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and vehicle reconditioning service according to company policy and procedures. This position requires the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

Pay:

• $28.00 /hr with 4 current ASEs (A1-A8) or equivalent OEM certifications
• +$1 / hr for each additional current ASE
• Hourly pay – NOT flat rate

Extras:

• $750 annual tool allowance
• Tool Box Relocation
• Night Shift Premiums:
  • + $1 / hr starting at 2:00 PM
• Weekend Shift Premiums:
  • +$2.50 / hr Satuday - Sunday

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Ensure that all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturers specifications and guidelines.
• Complete required manufacturer's training and perform warranty and recall repairs.
• Complete ADA installs as required upon completion of training.
• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
• Utilize multiple manufacturers’ websites, software and diagnostic tools.
• May process new fleet, LOFR, tires, fuel reclamation or buy-backs.
• Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition.
• Requires ability to perform manual labor, such as, bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.
• Moderate physical activity which requires handling of objects up to 50 pounds with long periods of standing and walking.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as required.
• Follow proper procedures to comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles required.
• 4 current and valid ASE certifications (A1, A2, A4-A9, L1, L3, L4) OR OEM training/Certification required
• Understanding of GM, Ford, Toyota, and Chrysler warranty proceduresis a plus.
• Must have a current and valid driver's licensewith no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
• A minimumof basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require workauthorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
