Job summary

Orono Public Schools in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Middle School Physical Education teacher for the second semester. You will implement best-practice strategies to engage students, foster teamwork, and promote an active, healthy lifestyle while supporting academic and social growth of middle learners.

You will collaborate with colleagues to design assessments, analyze data to target student needs, and participate in PLCs.

Qualifications

• Minnesota PE teaching license required.
• High level of content expertise in Physical Education.
• Ability to support critical thinking and meaningful discourse in PE.
• Experience working with middle level students preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with curriculum and assessment design.

Responsibilities
