Watertown-Mayer Public Schools is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Long-Term Substitute Preschool Teacher to join our preschool team for Fall 2026 working with 3 year olds. This flexible part-time position is perfect for an experienced educator looking to make a meaningful difference in young children's lives. Location: Watertown-Mayer Community Learning Center.

Schedule: 3 days per week (M/W/F) 7:30-11:30, August 24–November 16, 2026. Starting at $105/day under the Master Agreement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, social work, or related field.
• Commitment to supporting diverse families.
• Cultural and linguistic competency with strong communication and classroom management.
• Experience in educational settings with knowledge of modern teaching tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead engaging, play-based activities across literacy, math, science, and development.
