Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Sourcing Manager, LTL Transportation, to lead logistics analytics and strategic sourcing across North America. You will drive data-driven decisions, build dashboards and KPI scorecards, and collaborate with Digital and Technology teams to implement AI-powered analytics in logistics operations.

The role requires 5+ years in transportation sourcing, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and experience with BI tools like Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in transportation sourcing, logistics, procurement, or supply chain.
• 3+ years experience leveraging analytics to drive business results.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and BI reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead logistics analytics initiatives to improve transportation visibility, service performance, and cost optimization.
• Develop transportation dashboards, KPI scorecards, predictive analytics models, and executive reporting tools.
• Partner with Digital and Technology teams to implement advanced analytics, automation, AI, and GenAI solutions across logistics operations.
• Translate transportation data into actionable recommendations that improve business performance.
• Develop long-term logistics analytics roadmaps aligned with supply chain objectives.
• Leverage freight spend, carrier, and network data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead carrier RFQs, bid events and negotiations.
• Manage annual LTL sourcing processes.
• Develop routing guide strategies and carrier allocations.
• Continuously benchmark market rates and industry trends.
