Job summary

Carrier seeks a Senior Manager, Global Logistics Strategy & Analytics to drive productivity and cost optimization across a global logistics network. You will partner with Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Centers of Excellence to design networks and run digital transformation programs.

You will develop executive dashboards, cost-to-serve analyses, and supplier performance management, while leading cross-functional initiatives and deploying AI-enabled improvements globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years with transportation and warehouse sourcing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic logistics initiatives focusing on cost, network optimization and warehousing.
• Develop analytics and network design models to optimize cost, service and inventory.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to meet targets.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive continuous improvement globally.
