Job summary

Austin Lighthouse, part of the Travis Association for the Blind, seeks a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to manage TL/LTL freight shipments and ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will coordinate with the Supply Lead and warehouse team, verify shipments using RF devices, and maintain shipping records.

Responsibilities include packing + labeling, managing supplies, and preparing weekly management reports. Prior experience in warehouse logistics is preferred. Background checks required.

Qualifications

• Verifiable high school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 2–3 years experience in warehouse logistics.
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks; forklift certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with San Diego Contract.
• Build TL/LTL freight shipments for 3PL Distribution.
• Coordinate activities with Supply Lead, Wave Planner, and Warehouse Manager.
• Verify orders using RF Gun and match items with shipment quantities in the WMS.
• Ensure shipments are properly packed and identified with shipping information.
• Prepare, process, and keep records of shipments (e.g., manifest, bill of lading).
• Manage operating supplies and equipment.
• Prepare periodic activity reports for management.
