CHEP is seeking a motivated LVR Representative in Norwood, MA to perform LTL deliveries and collections, optimize routes, and partner with internal teams and customers to grow the LVR program. This field-based role requires adherence to DOT regulations and CHEP safety standards.

You will operate a CHEP box truck, document times, mileages, and volumes, and collaborate to improve operations across multiple locations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Formación

• Clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical card with no restrictions.
• Physically capable of lifting 65 lbs regularly.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience with route optimization and customer relationship management.
• Ability to lead peers indirectly and work autonomously.
• Knowledge of routing management software is a plus.
• Languages: English (essential); Spanish (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Operate a CHEP-owned box truck and comply with DOT safety guidelines.
• Perform daily LTL deliveries and collections at 100+ locations.
• Document delivery/collection data and report to LVR support staff.
• Collaborate with customers to drive program compliance and increase collection volumes.
• Visit potential collection locations to promote the LVR program and grow the customer base.
• Develop and execute project plans with internal teams to improve operations.
• Serve as a resource and trainer for other LVR Representatives.
