Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in logistics, freight coordination, or order processing.
• Direct experience coordinating LTL shipments with freight carriers/3PLs.
• Strong understanding of LTL processes, freight class, BOLs, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily LTL/FTL shipments with warehouses, 3PLs, and carriers.
• Obtain freight quotes through carrier portals and portals.
• Schedule pickups and delivery appointments; manage BOLs and paperwork.
• Track shipments and address delays, issues, or exceptions.
• Process orders across multiple channels and coordinate with warehouses.
• Maintain records and communicate with sales, service, and ops teams.
• Identify and resolve fulfillment issues across locations and channels.
