Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LTH Lead to support the Personal Training team with nutrition product education and sales inside the Life Time club. This supplemental, part-time role has limited hours and reports to the Personal Training Lead, with support from the Corporate LTH team.

The role involves training staff on nutrition supplements, developing sales strategies, managing inventory with the cafe team, engaging members on-site, and coordinating with cafe offerings to enhance member experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred background in nutrition, fitness, or related field.
• Experience in sales, preferably in health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Sales Training & Education: conduct training sessions for staff on nutrition supplements.
• Sales Strategy Development: help promote nutrition supplements and coach staff.
• Product Inventory Management: manage inventory levels with cafe team.
• Customer Engagement: assist members with supplement questions and recommendations.
• Collaboration: align nutrition sales with cafe offerings and participate in meetings.
