Life Time Inc. is seeking a LTH Lead to support the Personal Training team with nutrition supplement education and sales on the club floor. This is a supplemental, part-time role with limited weekly hours, reporting to the Personal Training Lead and supported by the Corporate LTH team.
You will train staff, develop materials, and assist in promotions while engaging members and ensuring excellent customer service and product knowledge on Life Time nutrition products.
The LTH Lead is a supplemental role assigned to an existing commission-based or hourly + incentive Personal Training team member at the same Life Time club. This role is not a standalone position and is intended to be performed in addition to a qualifying primary Personal Training role, with limited hours each week. As a LTH Lead at Life Time, you will be responsible for product education, sales and customer service of LTH nutritional products inside of Life Time. This role requires a strong knowledge and passion of both nutrition and fitness, excellent sales skills, and the ability to mentor and guide commissionable team members to achieve sales targets. The LTH Lead reports directly to the Personal Training Lead withing the club and will get support from the Corporate LTH team.
This is an hourly position with a base rate of $15.00. This position is also eligible to receive commission based on personal production.
