Responsibilities

  • Define and execute an Onsite IT support strategy that aligns with enterprise goals and supports business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of Onsite IT technicians, ensuring consistent and reliable support across Division and Field Offices.
  • Drive standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all supported locations.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure performance, promote accountability, and ensure adherence to SLAs for incident resolution and service delivery.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to technicians to build a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams including Infrastructure, Security, Engineering, and Service Desk to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Serve as a key execution partner for enterprise IT initiatives, ensuring successful implementation at Division and Field Office level.
  • Promote governance and adherence to enterprise IT policies, SOPs, and frameworks such as ITIL and ISO 27001.
  • Act as an advocate for field needs and represent Onsite IT perspectives in planning discussions.
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of operational documentation, including knowledge articles and onboarding materials.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer-focused service across the team.

The Onsite IT Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing a team of Onsite IT technicians and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support for Lennar’s Division and Field Offices. Your Responsibilities on the Team

Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including lead or supervisory experience.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements

This is primarily a sedentary office position requiring the ability to operate computer equipment; speak and hear; bend, stoop, and reach; and lift, move, and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is required. Travel of approximately 10–25% is expected.

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $138,411.59 - $184,549, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
