Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC is seeking a Field Engineer for a contract role in Ontario, Canada. The ideal candidate will perform hands-on installation, commissioning, and maintenance of 4G LTE RAN hardware including AirScale and Flexi eNodeB, BBU/RRU equipment, and related OSS tools across multiple remote sites.

You will travel to gateways/sites, troubleshoot complex network issues, and work with engineering, logistics, and multi-vendor teams to ensure reliable LTE network operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with 4G RAN hardware.
• Experience with AirScale and Flexi eNodeB platforms.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting BBU/RRU equipment.
• Knowledge of SFP modules and router connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain LTE equipment at remote field sites.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, procurement, and multi-vendor teams.
• Document work and report on site activities and issues.
