Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in LAN/WAN technologies, switching fundamentals, basic telephony, and network architecture. This role is field-based and involves installation, integration, and troubleshooting of advanced telecommunication equipment on-site.

What you will be doing as a Field Engineer:

• Install, integrate, and troubleshoot telecom equipment including:
• Ciena 6500
• SAMSUNG RF4439D, RF4440D-13A
• CBRS RT4401, RT8808, MT6413-77A
• Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs for telecommunication systems.
• Support and maintain LAN and WAN infrastructure.
• Update and maintain network and telephony architecture documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and technical support to resolve system issues.
• Accurately document all technical work and support activities.

What we are looking in a Field Engineer:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in field telecommunications or a related technical role.
• Strong working knowledge of:
• LAN/WAN technologies
• Switching fundamentals and telephony systems
• Integration experience with Ericsson and Nokia systems is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of telecom hardware and configurations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
