Good Samaritan is seeking a Long Term Care RN for night shifts in Bloomfield, NE. This part-time role requires providing individualized care to residents, coordinating with families and a multidisciplinary team, and may include charge nurse duties. You must hold an active RN license and have a nursing degree from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• RN license required (state nursing board).
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team.
• Act as charge nurse when assigned and supervise licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Deliver nursing interventions across prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment.
