Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Long Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shifts at GSS NE Bloomfield. The role requires providing nursing care to residents, administering medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a Christian environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an unencumbered LPN license.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Minimum clinical experience across the life span or at least 400 hours as an LPN at another facility; additional education or training may apply.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document outcomes.
